If you've never come across this world before, here's the whole thing in three steps.
Carriers and retailers auction off returned, overstock and undeliverable freight in bulk. I buy from wholesale liquidators—it's an ordinary, legal industry, and I always know where my stock came from.
Every pallet or box, start to finish, live with you. That's the best part and I'm not doing it off-camera.
I photograph, describe and price everything worth selling. Grab a specific find, or take a mystery box and do your own reveal at home.
Not everything I open ends up for sale, and that's the point. A pallet is a pile of things somebody already gave up on—my job is to find each one somewhere better to go.

It varies, and I say so on every listing. You'll see whether something is new, like new, open box, used or damaged, plus anything specific worth mentioning—a scuffed box, a missing manual, that sort of thing.
I'd rather tell you upfront than have you open a disappointing package.

Mystery boxes are all about the element of surprise, kind of like a grab bag! That’s part of the fun, but it also means I can’t guarantee you’ll love every item in your box.
I do my best to ensure every mystery box and its contents meet my personal standards. If it’s something I’d be excited to receive in the mail, I’m happy to include it!
Because each box contains a unique variety of surprise items, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered. However, if something goes wrong with your order, please reach out! I’ll always do my best to make things right.
